This is the working capacity model for the experience. Change any blue field and every calculated number, room size and check updates immediately. Nothing is saved anywhere, so reloading the page returns every input to the recommended configuration.
Room sizes in the plan are drawn to scale against each other, so a room that doubles in area doubles on screen.
Room plan, drawn to relative area
Rooms run in the order guests meet them, entry at the right and the show at the left. Spokes are drawn dashed because guests enter those in whatever order they choose. Fill shows what kind of space it is. A red outline means the room is smaller than the crowd standing in it.
Room by room
Every column is editable. Capture rate is the share of eligible guests who enter. Minutes is time spent by those who do enter. Linear and hub spaces should stay at 100 percent capture. The Venue’s capacity excludes its stage and backstage, which are not audience floor.
